We wanted to let you know about some upcoming maintenance being carried out at RunCloud that may affect you. The maintenance period is scheduled to commence May 5th at 10:00 PM EST and is expected to last up to 3 hours.
During this period, you will see an “Under Maintenance” page when attempting to access your RunCloud dashboard.
We’ll be using this maintenance window to upgrade our database engine and CA certificate on our AWS infrastructure. This update will cause temporary downtime, and all our services, including the RunCloud dashboard, our API, and this community, will not be accessible. We apologize for any disruption or inconvenience this essential work may cause.
None of your servers or web applications themselves will face any downtime. Only new server and web app deployments will be restricted during this period.
Note: This will also affect the RunCloud API, so if you use our API to power your infrastructure, we advise communicating this to your customers.
We will send another reminder 24 hours before this maintenance period is set to commence.
