Introducing Support for MySQL on RunCloud

We’re excited to announce that MySQL support is now available on RunCloud! Many of you have been asking for this, and we’re thrilled to deliver.

You can now choose between MariaDB or MySQL when deploying new servers.

Great question! We actually wrote a comparison of MariaDB & MySQL last year:

I’d recommend taking a look at a few of the benchmarks, obviously those from MariaDB paint a picture that heavily favors … MariaDB.

There are exceptional products/sites built on top of both database systems. :slightly_smiling_face:
